This week we are going to start on the 4 steps design process. You will learn about

• First step of the design cycle 
• Techniques that are relevant for the understanding user and tasks
• Practice gathering requirements for universal design principles 

The first step of the design cycle is presented along with techniques that are relevant for understanding the user and tasks. There is also a focus on how to present findings from this phase of the design cycle.
